We want every student to feel confident enrolling at Ogrogami Academy. Here is how refunds work for our courses.

Eligibility Window

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided you have attended no more than 2 live classes or accessed no more than 20% of recorded content.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@ogrogamiacademy.com or message us on WhatsApp (+880 1642-778577) with your full name, course name, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or SSLCommerz).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available after the eligibility window, after a certificate has been issued, or where course access has been substantially used beyond the limits above.

Batch Changes

If a batch is rescheduled or cancelled by Ogrogami Academy, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.
